I have been making these poems inspired by the provinces in Canada. They are quick writings that come to me while driving, in the bath, or while doing anything really.

The moose eye’d pupil
 Snow in hand
Does throw the ball
Of Winnipeg
To hunt with Cree
And creed as one
A tailgate basin
Hare’d I come
